Starting from January 1, 2020, the Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment come into force. The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) recently publicized the Opinions on the Implementation of Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment (or "the Opinions"). 25 measures and initiatives in 5 aspects were proposed in the Opinions to carry out the Regulations, speed up the building of a unified, open and modern market system featuring orderly competition, promote high-quality development, carry out the decisions and deployment of CPC Central Committee and the State Council on optimization of business environment and continue to push forward with reforms of delegating power, improving regulation and upgrading services.(Source: China Quality Daily)
