According to Chinese patent issued on Nov. 2, 2016, a total of 13736 patents are made public on that day, including 5288 published inventions, 3826 utility models, 2059 designs, and 2563 granted inventions.

According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, the top 10 granted inventions from the largest amount to the smallest amount were as follows.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 1545, accounting for 60.28%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 1018, accounting for 39.72%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(354), United States(245), Germany(115), South Korea(88), France(39) and Netherlands(29), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 148.

4. Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
2338 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 601 accounting for 25.7%.
