According to Chinese patent issued on Oct. 12, 2016, a total of 79600 patents are made public on that day, including 38117 published inventions, 25283 utility models, 12719 designs, and 3481 granted inventions.

According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, the top 10 granted inventions from the largest amount to the smallest amount were as follows.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 1359, accounting for 39.04%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 2122, accounting for 60.96%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(688), United States(533), Germany(275), South Korea(127), France(95) and Switzerland(56), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 348.

4. Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
3278 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 1259 accounting for 38.4%.
