According to Chinese patent issued on Oct. 5, 2016, a total of 36925 patents are made public on that day, including 12724 published inventions, 11918 utility models, 6094 designs, and 6189 granted inventions.

According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, the top 10 granted inventions from the largest amount to the smallest amount were as follows.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 4705, accounting for 76.02%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 1484, accounting for 23.98%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(544), United States(387), Germany(187), South Korea(88), France(48) and Netherlands (41), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 192.

4. Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
5526 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 1289 accounting for 23.3%.
