According to Chinese patent issued on Sep. 21, 2016, a total of 45048 patents are made public on that day, including 20059 published inventions, 11803 utility models, 7743 designs, and 5443 granted inventions.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 3930, accounting for 72.20%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 1513, accounting for 27.80%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(529), United States(371), Germany(186), South Korea(152), France(45) and Netherlands(43), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 187.

4974 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 998 accounting for 20.1%.
