According to Chinese patent issued on Aug.24,2016, a total of 79113 patents are made public on that day, including 25647 published inventions, 19012 utility models, 10336 designs, and 24118 granted inventions.

According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, the top 10 granted inventions from the largest amount to the smallest amount were as follows.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 19411, accounting for 80.48%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 4707, accounting for 19.52%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(1849), United States(1071), Germany(555), South Korea(288), France(171) and Netherlands(127), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 646.

4. Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
21676 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 3447 accounting for 15.9%.
