According to Chinese patent issued on Aug.17,2016, a total of 95889 patents are made public on that day, including 24668 published inventions, 37283 utility models, 10451 designs, and 24387 granted inventions.

According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, the top 10 granted inventions from the largest amount to the smallest amount were as follows.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 18980, accounting for 77.83%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 5407, accounting for 22.17%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(1954), United States(1336), Germany(681), South Korea(358), France(202) and Netherlands(144), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 732.

4. Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
21843 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 3954 accounting for 18.1%.
