According to Chinese patent issued on Aug.3, 2016, a total of 70747 patents are made public on that day, including 15577 published inventions, 22504 utility models, 23984 designs, and 8682 granted inventions.

According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, the top 10 granted inventions from the largest amount to the smallest amount were as follows.

3. Weekly Distribution of Grants for Inventions Received from Home and Abroad:
According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 5249, accounting for 60.46%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 3433, accounting for 39.54%, the top 6 coutries are United States(993), Japan(940), Germany(398), South Korea(299), France(142) and Switzerland(112), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 549.

4. Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
7852 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 2608 accounting for 33.2%.
