According to Chinese patent issued on Apr.13, 2016, a total of 54559 patents are made public on that day, including 18849 published inventions, 18255 utility models, 5935 designs, and 11520 granted inventions.

According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 9344, accounting for 81.11%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 2176, accounting for 18.89%, the top 6 coutries are Japan(800), United States(531), Germany(240), South Korea(149), France(81) and Switzerland(77), and the total amount of other countries and regions is 298.

10230 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 1823 accounting for 17.8% of that by all the agencies.
