Patent Release on Oct. 8

　　1. Weekly Overview of Chinese Patent Application Publishment and Announcement and Granted Inventions:
　　According to Chinese patent issued on Oct. 8, 2014, a total of 36294 patents are made public on that day, including 12797 published inventions, 12518 utility models, 7388 designs, and 3591 granted inventions.
　　 

　　2. Weekly IPC Analysis of Chinese Granted Inventions:
　　According to the IPC analysis of granted inventions, from the largest amount of granted inventions to the smallest amount were:A61K(148);  H04L(148); G01N(113); H04W(103); G06F(97); H01M(64); H01L(63); C07D(59); C12N(57); C07C(55).　 

　　3. Weekly Distribution of Grants for Inventions Received from Home and Abroad:
　　According to the data issued this week, the amount of granted inventions received from domestic is 2555, accounting for 71.15%; and the amount of granted inventions received from abroad is 1036, accounting for 28.85%. The largest amount from abroad are still the Japan and United States, which is 506 and 202 respectively, and the third to the sixth largest is South Korea (82), Germany (80), France (39) and Netherland(20).
　　 

　　4.  Weekly Top 10 Patent Agencies in China:
　　About 3210 of 3591 granted inventions are submitted through patent agencies this week. The total amount of granted inventions submitted by the top 10 agencies is 705, accounting for 22% of that by all the agencies.
