On December 26 to 28, the 10th national group for the performance evaluation over the crackdown on IPR infringement and counterfeiting went to Sichuan to conduct on-site examination.

On December 28, Teng Zhongping, Vice Secretary-General of Sichuan People's Government was entrusted to preside over the report meeting. Gou Xiaolan, Director of the Office of Sichuan Leading Group on the Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting, and Deputy Head and Member of Leading Party Group of Sichuan Administration for Market Regulation reported the work of Sichuan in 2019. The representatives from Sichuan Procuratorate, Sichuan Public Security Department, Sichuan Ecological Department and Sichuan Broadcasting and Television Bureau delivered supplementary reports. After the meeting, the evaluation group reviewed the work files of relevant member units on the spot according to the Rating Sheet of Performance Evaluation. During the evaluation, the group also paid a field visit to the markets in Jinniu District of Chengdu City and in Mianyang City. The workshops, enterprise visits and report hearing were adopted for the on-site examination.
