2017 Training for Design Patent Application and Protection Practice opened in Wenzhou

Recently, the 2017 Training for Design Application and Protection Practice was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Over 130 representatives from garment enterprises, patent agencies and universities in Wenzhou attended the training.
Four senior examiners from the State Intellectual Property Office lectured on common problems of design patent applications, substantive authorization requirements and assessment standards and approaches.
It was reported that since the official running starting from last November, the Rapid Rights Protection Center for Garment Enterprises in Wenzhou has received approximately 100 enterprises' filings, pre-examined and approved over 400 patent electronic applications and authorized over 380 ones.
