On April 26, 2017, the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) held its Open Day activity for the 12th consecutive year. SIPO Commissioner Shen Changyu attended and addressed the launch ceremony of the Open Day activity. Relevant departments released Top 10 Cases of Patent Reexamination & Invalidation in 2016 and cloud service system for patent management in colleges and universities. A delegate in the All-China Patent Attorneys Association read out the Integrity Construction Proposal for Patent Agency Industry. About 400 people attended the activity including delegates from IP service industry, innovative enterprises, teachers and students in primary schools and news media.
