Guided by the large department system reform, the market supervision authority of Gaoxin District in Jinan leverages the opportunity after it shoulders the responsibility as “the Office of Leading Group on Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting of Gaoxin District”, to actively create the four-in-one work mechanism of “brand building, growth maintaining, crackdown and tailored service” in the work on fighting against IPR infringement and counterfeiting by starting with deepening the primary-level law enforcement reform and focusing on the quality and efficiency improvement so as to create a new situation of anti-counterfeiting work.
I. To build up brands so as to make full of resources
Sustained efforts are made to nurture the trademark and brand clusters as the basic approach in the battle against IPR infringement and counterfeiting and to create the development layout of “group development, synchronous growth and common resistance to risks” through the deepened building of trademarks and brands.

Sustained efforts are made to make breakthrough in deepening IPR protection through shifting forward the key parts, enhance the capability and level of IPR protection through guidance and protection of key parts and to continuously optimize the environment of brand development.

Considering the actual condition of heavy, complex and short-handed work against IPR infringement and counterfeiting followed by many problems, sustained efforts are made to leverage the institutional advantages, strengthen the department coordination, promote the social co-governance and improve the work efficiency of anti-IPR infringement and anti-fake in an all-around manner.
