Among all the civil IP lawsuits concluded over the past two years, 28 foreign countries have been involved, with the United States, France and Germany ranking the top three, according to a database of the Supreme People's Court. Over the same period, Guangdong, Beijing and Zhejiang were the top three regions in the country for the number of IP cases concluded. The average hearing period for IP infringement cases was 105 days.
