Notice on reduction of trademark official fees

 

Chinese Trademark Office announced on March 30, 2017 that since April 1, 2017, the official fees will be reduced by 50% for the following trademark matters:
1. Application for registration of trademark
2. Application for registration of certification/collective mark
3. Renewal of trademark registration
4. Additional charge for renewal in grace period
5. Recordal of change of name or address of applicant/registrant
6. Recordal of license contract
7. Recordal of assignment
8. Requesting re-issuance of a registration certificate
9. Obtaining certfication of a trademark registration
10. Requesting for opposition
11. Requesting for cancellation of a registered trademark
12. Requesting review with China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board
13. Requesting for invalidation of a registered trademark
